About the role

The Role

Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, and eye for detail to the HR Department of our Glasgow Head Office?

At GAP Hire Solutions, we are looking for a Temporary Learning & Development
Administrator who will support the Learning & Development team in their daily activities. This position is temporary for an initial period of 4 months although may be extended.

What You will be Doing

• Dealing with training requests from Depot Managers
• Uploading and maintaining training records
• Data entry and spreadsheet management
• Any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About You

What We're Looking for

• Excellent administration skills gained in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
• The ability to deal with a high volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy
• Previous Learning & Development experience would be advantageous but not essential
