Our Safety, Risk and Compliance team is the best in the industry – is it time for you to join us?
The Role:
Based in our Glasgow Head Office, we have a new opportunity within our SHE, Risk & Compliance Team. The Quality Management Systems Administrator will provide support and effective administration and continued certification of GAP's ISO management systems and external assessment teams. They will support corporate and external audits including GAP Assurance audits GAP Standards, SHE, Compliance, Risk) QSO 14001, 9001, 45001.
About You
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
• Experience with Quality Management systems and tools, ISO 9001:2015 and commitment to achieving a relevant ISO Auditor qualification timeously.
• Auditing Quality Management Systems
• Experience of working as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to relate to a service environment and interact with all levels of employees.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of MS office Suite and QMS tools (training can be provided)
• Ability to demonstrate decisiveness and sound judgement on a consistent basis.
• Influencing and conflict resolution skills.
• Be results orientated with a strong focus on the delivery of objectives.
