What You'll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your region, building strong relationships with hiring managers
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
• Coach and advise managers on best practices, interview techniques, and inclusive hiring
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and maintain accurate ATS records

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational ability to handle competing priorities
• Headhunting experience with the ability to influence and engage candidates
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ResourceLink or TalentSoft would be advantageous
