The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Commercial team based within our Glasgow Head Office. The successful applicant will provide accurate and timeous sales and revenue information across the Group, and administrative support to the sales and management teams. Duties of the Sales Support Administrator will include producing customer agreements, KPI / customer / management reporting, contract amendments and maintaining system pricelists.

The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for:
• Producing and maintaining customer agreements
• Loading and maintaining system pricing
• Producing and updating monthly sales and management reports
• Report building based on customer requirements
• Providing general support to the team and wider company

About You

Applicants should demonstrate the following:

• Experience providing administrative support to a sales team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• A high attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Excel
