Backed by the UK's leading equipment hire provider, you'll have the support, resources and autonomy needed to make a real impact.

Ideally, you'll be based in the South and be willing to travel extensively throughout the UK.

What You'll Be Doing
• Managing and growing a portfolio of Major Account customers to maximise revenue, profitability and retention
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer organisations
• Identifying new business opportunities and increasing customer spend through GAP's full range of products and services
• Conducting regular customer visits, account reviews and presentations to support long-term partnerships
• Working collaboratively with operational, commercial and regional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and account performance

About You

What We're Looking for

• Significant experience in Major Account Management, National Account Management, Business Development or a senior sales role
• A proven track record of developing key customer relationships and delivering revenue growth
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision-makers
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Experience within the hire, construction, infrastructure or industrial sectors would be advantageous

With nearly 200 locations nationwide and a wide range of specialist divisions, we offer exciting opportunities in everything from Plant and Tools to Lifting, Survey, Pumps, Power and Environmental, and Event Services.
As a family-run business with over 50 years of experience, we believe in doing things the right way. That means:
