About the role

The Role

Our team is the best in the industry – is it time for you to join us?

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Events team. The Events Sales Administrator will be responsible for Events Division contract administration and developing new business opportunities with companies throughout the UK. They will create and distribute a Daily Event Diary, check invoice status of upcoming jobs and raise contracts. Developing and sustaining long term customer relationships and working as part of the sales team will also be an important responsibility of this exciting new role.

About You

Applicants should have:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
• Understanding of how to sell and the sales process (Quotes, orders and contract processing)
• Experience working with customers to identify, anticipate and meet their requirements
• Ability to function in high pressure environments
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
