About You
The Role:
Based in our Head Office, the GAP One Hire Desk Manager will be responsible for directing and managing our team of Account Administrators, Administrators and Rehire Administrators, ensuring that specified accounts are managed efficiently to maximise profitability. You will also provide detailed management information for the team and negotiate and monitor agreements with Rehire suppliers. It is a fast paced, challenging role in which you will be responsible for controlling the GAP One budget, including involvement in departmental forecasting, and identifying and maximising revenue from the department. Within the role you will provide comprehensive analysis of the team performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
Applicants should have:
• Experience working in a similar role
• Excellent administration skills
• PC literacy, particularly Excel, is essential
• Experience liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of the hire industry
• Experience working with hire desk systems
